Sales & Customer Service – Enrollment Advisor
Role, Responsibility and Scorecard
Growth opportunity for bright, energetic individuals with B2B sales and customer service experience to serve as an in-house Enrollment Advisor in our growing Executive Education division. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn Executive Education program content, structure, and sales scripts for all certificate programs including but not limited to:
- American Center for Educators – Teacher and Administrator Professional Development
- Progressive Business Institute – Accounts Payable Expert Certification and Administrator Professionals Expert Certification programs
- Satell Center for Executive Education – Executive Online Mini-MBA
- Create new business opportunities by making/sending outbound calls/emails to prospects.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to existing students.
- Demonstrate ability to cross-sell existing students into additional courses.
- Create marketing and sales campaigns to use as selling tools for lead base.
- Generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Multi-task and build internal and external relationships.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years experience with inside sales
- Strong sales techniques and interpersonal skills
- Strong internal motivation and drive to succeed and be top of your class
- Good marketing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong multi-tasker
- Industry experience preferred; education sales experience desired
